Hello, my name is Steven Lin. My wife and I have spent our adult lives teaching in public schools. We also have a child, who was born with Apert Syndrome. This website is the hub for accessing the websites that have been created to serve various purposes in our life. Feel free to click on any of the following three links (brief descriptions are included below):
Levi's Life [Click Here]: A journey into the life of a child with Apert Syndrome.
The Professional Portfolio [Click Here]: My portfolio as a school administrator in public schools.
The Clubhouse [Click Here]: A continuously maintained site that provides access for former students seeking old notes from their 5th grade year.
A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITES
The tab labeled "Levi's Life" will help re-route visitors to a website about our son's life as a child with Apert's Syndrome. The purpose of this site is to bring family, friends, and community members along on a journey with us as we navigate through the many challenges that Levi will face in the upcoming years.
The tab labeled "Professional Portfolio" will help re-route visitors to a website that caters to potential employers seeking to hire an enthusiastic teacher and rising administrator. The links and resources are aligned with the Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) standards. The information on this website will highlight Steven's potential to be the sort of motivating educational leader badly needed in today's American school system.
The tab labeled "Clubhouse" will help re-route visitors to a website that caters to students and alumni of Mr. Lin's fifth grade class, which he lovingly refers to as the "Clubhouse." This classroom website provides students and parents with pertinent information with regards to schedules, educational links, blog access, and online notes/resources.
